Seating when travelling with children between 2 and 11 years old
If you are travelling with children, you will add the number of children and their ages when making a booking.
You can purchase seats during or after your booking is made. This is recommended if you have any preference of seats, you want to know your seat number in advance or ensure that the whole traveling party sits together.
If you do not purchase any seats, our booking system will find you suitable seats for the minor between 2 and 11 and the accompanying adult, free of charge, within the same row and aisle. Where this is not possible, you will be seated no more than one row or aisle away from the child. Your seat numbers will be communicated to you upon check-in, unless there are exceptional circumstances that may require adjustments either at the airport or on board the aircraft.
Seating arrangements for minors over 11 who travel with adults is subject to the standard conditions of the Ticket. For minors under 2 (infants) please check here.
Seating when travelling with people with disabilities
Passengers traveling with individuals who have disabilities will be allowed to sit together during the flight, ensuring a comfortable journey for everyone. This service comes free of charge. In most cases we will seat you next to each other, but if this is not possible, we will make sure that you are seated in the same row or no more than one row away from each other.
Booking an extra seat
Many passengers choose to book an extra seat to give themselves a little more space during their flight.
If you'd like to book an extra seat beside you, please book your ticket and extra seat at the same time through our Contact Centre. To make sure we've got your request covered, we recommend that you book at least 48 hours before departure.
The fare available at the time of booking will be charged. We also have seatbelt extensions on board – just ask our cabin crew.
Book a seat for your infant
An infant under the age of 2 can travel on your lap with no assigned seat when you add an infant to your booking. If you'd like a bit of extra space for your infant during your flight, please phone our Contact Centre to book them a seat next to yours.
