Plans change. With Flex, so can your ticket.

Ticket includes:

  •   1 small underseat cabin bag (30x40x20cm)*
     1 overhead cabin bag (55×23×40cm)*
     2 checked bags (23 kg each)
     Seat reservation
     Fast Track (selected airports)
     Priority Boarding (selected airports)
     Refundable

*Your underseat bag + overhead cabin bag have a combined weight limit of 15 kg.

Optional add-ons: Food and drinks (most flights).

Name change: Free
Rebooking domestic flights: Free*

Ticket conditions

  • Your booking reference is your only confirmation of booking.
  • All fares charged per person, per one way flight and include all mandatory government taxes and charges.
  • Prices are subject to availability and not guaranteed until purchase.
Changing Flex

  • You can change the date and time, and the name of the ticket holder until the check-in closes.

  • No change fee, but any applicable fare difference must be collected.

  • Changes can only be made to another flight where there is availablity within the same ticket type.
  • Destinations can only be changed from domestic to domestic (within same country) or international to international.
  • Name changes can only be made before the first flight in the booking commences. A name change will apply to all flights associated with the passenger in that booking.
  • Certain tickets cannot be changed online – you'll need to call our Contact Centre to make changes.
Cancelling Flex
  • Fully refundable and can be cancelled online.
  • All flights are charged at the time of booking.

Ticket conditions

  • Amounts shown are per person and inclusive of taxes, fees and charges. Certain forms of payment may incur additional fees.
  • Prices are subject to availability and not guaranteed until purchase is completed. Upon completion of reservation and payment, an electronic travel document and  receipt will be sent.
  • If you have booked a round trip and only want to use the inbound flight, you can apply for refund of the outbound after you have completed your travel. The refund will depend on the fare rules for the unused part of the booking.

Changing Flex

  • You can change the date and time, and the name of the ticket holder until the check-in closes. If you do not use your booked flight, no changes will be possible to that specific flight, nor to subsequent flights in the booking. 

  • In case of changing flights, Flex fares may be rebooked to the same ticket class or higher. Any difference between the amount paid and a higher applicable fare will be charged. In case of upgrade from a Lowfare/Lowfare+ to a Flex fare, the original non-refundable amount remains non-refundable.
  • Name changes can only be made before the first flight in the booking commences. A name change will apply to all flights associated with the passenger in that booking.

Cancelling Flex

  • Tickets are fully refundable* and can be cancelled via  My Travels on our homepage. If booking is cancelled before departure the tickets will be automatically refunded. If not, a refund must be requested on our home page.
  • *Some services such as change/rebooking fee, meals, credit card fee, service fee, SMS, donations, Time-To-Think are non-refundable.

Service charge - phone and airport bookings

There's a service charge (30 GBP, or equivalent in local currency, per person) for bookings and changes made by phone and at the airport.
