Claim missing Spenn and CashPoints
Missing Spenn or CashPoints are typically a result of not adding your Reward Number during the booking or payment process. Alternatively, it could be that the points are still in the process of being transferred.
Are you missing Spenn or CashPoints from your flights or a Norwegian Reward partner? Find out what to do here:

From a flight
You can claim your missing Spenn or CashPoints up to 30 days after your Norwegian flight departure.
From a hotel booking
CashPoints will be credited to your account up to 6 weeks after check-out. If you believe there has been an error, please contact us.
From a car rental or airport transfer
CashPoints will be credited to your account up to 7 days after the rental car pickup/transfer is completed.
If you believe there has been an error, please contact our service provider, CarTrawler.
From another Reward partner
If you're missing CashPoints from another partner, please contact the partner directly. If you’re missing Spenn, please contact Spenn directly via the app.
