Matches, safety (one small packet) or a small cigarette lighter that does not contain unabsorbed liquid fuel, other than liquefied gas, intended for use by an individual when carried on the person. Lighter fuel and lighter refills are not permitted on one's person or in checked or carry-on baggage.
“Strike anywhere” matches, “Blue flame” or “Cigar” or lighters powered by a lithium battery without a safety cap or means of protection against unintentional activation lighters are forbidden.

Lithium Batteries: Portable electronic devices (PED) containing lithium metal or lithium ion cells or batteries, including medical devices such as portable oxygen concentrators (POC) and consumer electronics such as cameras, mobile phones, laptops and tablets, when carried for personal use. For lithium metal batteries the lithium metal content must not exceed 2 g and for lithium ion batteries the Watt-hour rating must not exceed 100 Wh. Devices in checked baggage must be completely switched off and must be protected from damage. Each person is limited to a maximum of 15 PED.

Permitted as checked or carry-on
Baggage equipped with a lithium battery, with a lithium metal content exceeding 0.3 g lithium metal or a Watt-hour rating exceeding 2.7 W: if the baggage is to be checked in, the lithium battery must be removed from the baggage and the lithium battery must be carried in the cabin or the baggage must be carried in the cabin. Baggage where the lithium battery exceeds the limits (0.3 g or 2.7Wh) and cannot be removed is forbidden for carriage.

Mobility Aids: Battery-powered wheelchairs or other similar mobility devices with non-spillable wet batteries, nickel-metal hydride batteries or dry batteries. Special requirements for transportation applies.

- The battery needs to be securely attached to the wheelchair or mobility device and the electrical circuits needs to be isolated following the manufacturer’s instructions, or
- The battery needs to be removed before transport, according to manufacturer’s instructions, if the mobility aid is specifically designed for it.
- You may carry a maximum of one spare wet, non-spillable battery or two spare nickel-metal hydride or dry batteries
- Battery removed from the mobility aid and spare batteries needs to be protected from damage and be carried in a strong, rigid packaging in the cargo compartment

- You may bring a maximum of one spare battery of 300Wh or two spare batteries each not exceeding 160Wh.
- Battery removed from the mobility aid and spare batteries needs to be protected from damage (e.g. by placing each battery in a protective pouch) and be transported in the cabin.

A maximum of two carbon dioxide (or other suitable gas) cartridges can be fitted into the safety device and must be for inflation purposes.
Not more than two spare cartridges allowed.
For other devices: no more than four small cartridges of carbon dioxide or other suitable gas is allowed per person, and the max water capacity per cartridge must not exceed 50 mL (corresponding to 28g per cartridge for carbon dioxide).
