Third-party claim submission
We recommend that passengers who wish to submit a claim regarding cancellations, delays, damaged or delayed baggage under passenger rights do so directly through our website rather than through third-party agents, as they charge a commission fee of up to 50%.
If entitled, passengers who submit a valid claim directly to Norwegian will receive the full compensation amount without additional fees.
