You have the right to provide us with the name and address of a contact person who is to be informed if there's an accident or incident involving your aircraft. This is in accordance with current EU law (article 20 paragraph 3 Regulation (EU) no. 996/2010).
If you’d like to add emergency contact information to a current booking, please call our Contact Centre or the travel agency that you booked through.
We'll use this information to ensure that your dependents are notified as quickly as possible following an incident. None of the details you provide will be passed on to third parties or evaluated for commercial purposes.
