Change your booking online and save

You can make changes to your booking until the check-in closes (occasionally you'll need to phone our Contact Centre to change a booking). See in Fare rules what change rules apply to your booking.

If you've made a mistake with your name when booking, get in touch with us and we can correct these free of charge (one correction per name):

  • Spelling mistakes, as long as it’s still the same person.
  • Adding/removing middle names when travelling outside Schengen area (not necessary within Schengen).
  • If you need to change name due to an official name change you need to pay the fee for name change and contact us for refund. The name change needs to be done prior to check-in.

Already know what to do? All you need is your profile log-in or your surname and reference number and you can easily change your booking online.

 Service charge - phone and airport bookings

There's a service charge (30 EUR per person, each way) for bookings and changes made by phone and at the airport.
